Preston Hollow Remodel

One of our current home remodels in Preston Hollow is being painted, as well as getting a light brushing and glazing of the master bath cabinets. We are installing a Cool Water Jetted stone and metal design behind the tub that is 12 feet tall! Pictures will follow upon completion! We are also installing LED lighting in the front and back yard.

New Home coming up in Melshire Estates in Preston Hollow area.

The old home at 5612 Meletio will be torn down next week, making room for the creation of our new Spanish Mission Mediterranean! Stay tuned for more exciting details!

Lakewood in the C streets!!! Lakewood Elementary!!!

6842 Casa Loma is coming along schedule and will be finished in time for Christmas!!!  The exterior is being completed with stone, brick, cast stone, and intricate siding. The energy efficient insulation, with full foam encapsulation insulation in the walls, will save up to 50% on energy bills! This home is light and bright with tall ceilings and oversized energy efficient windows. The front and back porches feature a wood design on the ceiling and the back patio features a fireplace.

Mediterranean Home on Lake Lewisville:

The plumbing rough will be completed this week and we are working on the suspended slab with a walk out basement!
The recreational pool is finished and there will be more to come next week!
