David Goettsche, owner of Desco Fine Homes, built our first custom home in 2000 in Preston Hollow North on Aberdeen, and it was a sensational experience. And what a great experience it was from start to finish. David did an exceptional job, was always helpful and available and followed through to make sure we were completely happy with every aspect: a testimonial to his dedication, integrity and customer oriented approach. We raised our kids in the Aberdeen home and when they went off to college and career we decided to downsize and build a new custom home.

We immediately called David Goettsche to begin the process. Once again it was a great pleasure working with David. He was thoughtful, made great suggestions, but was never intrusive.
